YOUR ORDER, CLEAR FROM START TO FINISH.

Before paying, you should be able to know product availability, delivery conditions and the costs that apply to your order.

Information is confirmed according to the product, destination and available route.

Clear availability

Know whether the product is available locally or requires a different route.

Cost before payment

Applicable shipping costs should appear before the purchase is confirmed.

Estimated delivery

A date or range is shown when enough information is available to calculate it.

Support

If something changes, you can contact FASE NUEVE through a human channel.

How your order travels

FROM INVENTORY TO YOUR HANDS.

Five stages to understand what happens from availability confirmation until you receive the order.

01Origin

Availability

First, we identify where the product can ship from and which logistics route applies.

02Confirmation

Order confirmed

Before completing the purchase, you should know the delivery conditions and applicable total value.

03Preparation

We prepare your order

The product, required information and dispatch preparation are checked.

04Journey

Dispatched

When the order leaves, the available logistics information should let you understand its progress.

05Destination

Delivery

The route ends when the order reaches the indicated destination and the corresponding process is completed.

Availability

NOT EVERY PRODUCT FOLLOWS THE SAME ROUTE.

Logistics may change according to availability, location, size, weight, product type and delivery conditions.

Route A

Stock in Colombia

The product is already available locally and can continue through a national delivery route once the purchase is confirmed.

Route B

Available by order

Some products may require an additional route before national dispatch. Availability and conditions must be provided before payment is accepted.

Special route

Products that need a special route

When size, weight or the nature of the product changes delivery conditions, that information should be shown before the purchase is confirmed.

  • Large televisions
  • Large-format monitors
  • Assembled PCs
  • Delicate equipment

Before paying

THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE CONFIRMING.

Delivery is part of the purchase decision. These four answers should not appear as a surprise at the end.

01

Availability

Is it really available?

02

Shipping cost

How much does delivery to your destination cost?

03

Delivery date or range

When should it arrive?

04

Total

How much will you pay in total?

Delivery consultation

DO YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW A PRODUCT COULD REACH YOU?

Tell us which product you are viewing and where you need it delivered. We will confirm only the delivery information available for that product and destination.

Brand, model or reference you are checking.

The consultation does not automatically confirm availability, price or delivery date.

After the order

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.

The general flow communicates progress clearly and keeps a reference for each conversation associated with the order.

Product

I received something different or there is a product problem

These situations follow their appropriate route and are not resolved as an ordinary shipping consultation.

Delivery commitment

THE DATE YOU WERE GIVEN MATTERS.

The order must be delivered within the term accepted and communicated before the purchase is completed.

If no delivery term has been established, Colombian regulations provide a general maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the order.

If the applicable period is exceeded or the purchased product is unavailable, specific consumer rights apply and must be handled through the appropriate channel.

F9 principle

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY FIRST TO DISCOVER WHEN IT ARRIVES OR HOW MUCH SHIPPING COSTS.

FASE NUEVE wants delivery to be part of the decision, not a surprise after payment.

Clear answers

SHIPPING QUESTIONS.

Brief information to understand the route before and after purchase.

The applicable cost should be shown before payment is accepted once enough information is available about the product, destination and route.
